Part of Your World (Reprise) is a song written and composed by Alan Menken and Howard Ashman and is a reiteration of the song Part of Your World. It was originally featured in the 1989 Disney film The Little Mermaid, and is also featured in the Broadway musical adaptation of the film. The song is sung by Ariel, the title character, to an unconscious Prince Eric after she rescued him from drowning. Now in love with the prince, Ariel's desire to be part of the human world has grown and the reprise is an expression of that. In the film, the song was performed by Jodi Benson.

LyricsEdit

Ariel:

What would I give to live where you are?
What would I pay to stay here beside?
What would I do to see you smiling at me?

Where would we walk? Where would we run?
If we could stay all day in the sun?
Just you and me, and I could be part of your world

Instrumental

I don't know when, I don't know how
But I know something's starting right now
Watch and you'll see, someday I'll be part of your world
